Sesame Honey Granola

5 cups rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup nonfat dry milk
1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup cooking oil (we prefer canola, soy or light olive oil)
1 cup honey
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Combine well and divide into two flat baking pans or cookie sheets.
Bake for 1 hour at 250 deg., stirring every 15 minutes.  After cool,
add dried fruit; raisins, dried cranberries, dates, apricots, etc.

Cool and store in  covered container.

Great as a cold or hot cereal... or with yogurt.
