Located on State Park Road, just East of Caseville

Constructed in 1906 for $1700.00

1 Acre of land was granted from Henry McBride

This school first opened in November 1906

Freida Yackle was the first to teach all 8 grades & 8 subjects

Teacher's wage (in later years) was $35.00 per month

In 1920, 120 pupils attended school here.

Rock City was the first country school in Huron County
to consolidate  with a town school (in 1938)
