Pure Fruit Cookies
(Contain No Flour, Sugar or Egg)

3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup oat bran
2 cups chopped mixed fruit (apples, raisins, prunes, dates, etc.)
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix the above ingredients.  Form cookies and flatten slightly onto
greased cookie sheets.

Bake 350 deg. for 20 - 25 minutes.
