Peanut Butter Pie

Pie:
3 oz. Cream Cheese
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 cup smooth peanut butter
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

Graham Cracker Crust:
Can use chocolate cookie crust or make chocolate graham cracker crust:

1 cup crumbs
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1/4 cup butter melted with 6 oz. chocolate chips

Beat cream cheese and sugar.  Beat in milk, peanut butter and vanilla.  Stir 1/3 whipped
cream into mixture then mix in remaining cream gently but thoroughly.  Chill at least
4 hours.  Can make day ahead.

Makes one 9" pie - This recipe is very rich!  Enjoy!
