2 cups of white beans, cooked and drained
2 cups of black beans, cooked and drained
2 cups of small red beans, cooked and drained.
* Note: Cook separately to retain the color of each bean.
1/2 cup chopped red onioin
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
Mix:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
Sprinkle of garlic, salt, black pepper and oregano.
Pour over beans and marinate overnight in fridge.
Stir before serving.
