Beat Together -
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix Together and add to the above ingredients -
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Stir in -
3 cups grated apple
1 cup of nuts
Grease pans (bread pans or 13x9" cake pan)
and Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
For cake - Frost w/ brown sugar frosting
Bread: Makes 1 large and 1 small loaf.
